In Madrid, you will be part of a team that is assigned to a real-life strategy consulting project. Your “client” is the world leader in Natural Beauty Care Products. They want to increase the revenues of their beauty shops in Spain and urgently need your advice. Your task will comprise market analysis, competitor research, executive interviews and analytical work. You will then present your findings and solutions to the real-life board. By working on this case, alongside OC&C consultants, you can take your first real steps into the consulting business and experience a highly realistic consulting project.
