Guy-Noël joined OC&C in 2004, having spent 10 years in strategy consulting in London, Paris and Madrid. He has extensive experience with FMCG manufacturers and retailers (food, apparel, health and beauty, furniture and decoration, Do-It-Yourself, publishing, leisure products) and advises clients on strategic issues (product/market development, international development, mergers and acquisitions, investment decisions), and operational and organisational issues (post merger integration, store efficiency, category management, product range optimisation, complexity reduction, promotional effectiveness). He has also conducted numerous strategic due diligence assignments for private equity funds and trade buyers.
