Sebastian Schmidt is Engagement Manager in the Düsseldorf office. He joined OC&C in 2006 and has more than 5 years experience in retail, e-commerce, media and the construction industry. During this time he supported his clients on a variety of topics ranging from strategic business development and sales channel strategy to process and organizational optimisation.

Sebastian is a member of the German recruiting team and enjoys playing football and golf in his free time.
He has earned a degree in business engineering from the university of Karlsruhe (TH) and during his studies spent one year in Connecticut, USA.
